Regarding payment methods, due to the unique nature of the products we sell, traditional credit card payment gateways (such as Stripe/PayPal) cannot accept merchants like us. We have also tried various payment methods, but these methods are prone to resulting in account freezing. Therefore, we currently only recommend using cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, etc.) for online payments. If you are unfamiliar with cryptocurrency payments, please refer to the Help Center or contact our sales representative via WhatsApp. If you wish to use Zelle, Chime, or other transfer methods, please select “Other payment methods”.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

P2P Bitcoin
As of 12/20/24, we no longer support sending and receiving bitcoin between $cashtags.
Other types of bitcoin transactions currently available on Cash App are not affected by this change. You can still send and receive bitcoin using Lightning (excluding NY customers), and withdraw, deposit, send, or receive bitcoin using bitcoin addresses on the Bitcoin Network. This update also doesn’t affect other types of $cashtag transactions using US dollars.
